It was nearly 4 years to the day that we last checked-in on The City of Brotherly Love, and with Independence Day ahead in just 17 days, with news of the collapse of a critical section of I-95 that has shutdown the roadway for a sustained period is still fresh, we knew it was time to reengage Philadelphia.
