To all of our show friends we say Happy New Year!  We have some exciting news to share and are hopeful that you’ll consider joining us on this fun adventure.

They say time flies when you’re having fun, and it’s certainly been some ride over the years for us as it’s now been 16 years since we created our popular national travel radio show.  As many of you know, 5 years ago we also took on the main hosting duties of the program and subsequently RMWorldTravel has truly blossomed!  Today we’re proud to say as America’s #1 Travel Radio Show we’re reaching over 1 million upscale leisure and business travelers via 410+ weekly affiliates across the nation.  We also have our global 24/7 TuneIn.com digital channel, various social media platforms, archived audio and live streaming on our website, a quarterly newsletter and more.

We’ve traveled to some extraordinary places over the years, and experienced some one-of-a-kind opportunities — and are grateful for all that we’ve been able to do and see — however something we’ve never done is use the connections of our program to help you travel with us and enjoy some unmatched fun together.  We’ve been asked many times to create “travel with Robert & Mary” excursions but we’ve always felt we’re in the business of educating, enticing and empowering our show fans, friends, family and others to travel — we’re not in the travel conversion/booking business.  We still believe that, and feel it’s in part why our program has enjoyed such success.

All that said, 2020 represents the year we’ll be married 25 years, and recognizing this milestone we’ve accepted a request from one of our longtime show partners — AmaWaterways River Cruises — to create a special and exclusive travel opportunity for all of us to go enjoy together.  Starting on July 30th, we’re inviting you to join us for a 7-day Bordeaux river cruise in France!  We have limited this trip to just 20 cabins or around 35 people.  And although we will be on this cruise with you, and broadcasting RMWorldTravel back to the USA live from the ship on August 1st, you will have complete flexibility to create your own trip however you want.

We experienced an AmaWaterways River Cruise visiting the Christmas Markets on the Danube in Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic and Germany a few years ago — broadcasting RMWorldTravel live on that trip as well and immensely enjoyed it.  There are certainly other river cruise operators out there — but AmaWaterways is at the top of any list and we’re proud to be associated with them.
