It was during a live remote broadcast of our popular national program from The Boca Raton Resort back in February 2017 that we first met Chef Andrew Roenbeck and had him on-air with us. Besides enjoying his outstanding culinary talents while staying on-property, he also adeptly handled RJ’s significant food allergies needs — and showed us first hand a program that he created to seamlessly handle people with special food requirements. We’ve stayed in-touch with him since, having him back on the program several times — and as we began our 2025 broadcast year we decided to “check-in” for an update on all the renovations the resort has experienced, along with the reopening of their Beach Club property at the start the new year. And of course we also incorporated his return visit as part of our latest “Travel The World From Your Own Kitchen” segment.
