Regular listeners know our passion for Seabourn from all the years of working with them, and the culinary experience provided by Seabourn is top tier.  Master Chef Anton “Tony” Egger is responsible for creating many popular dining venues and offerings on Seabourn ships from Earth & Ocean, Sushi, their Artisanal Gelato and now Solis.  During our recent big “Let’s Go America! Tour” – Mediterranean Cruise 2024 that for the first time  included show fans/followers traveling with us on an ocean cruise, we experienced all of  Chef Tony’s culinary creations — including the all-new Solis Restaurant.  And a signature dessert served at Solis is their freshly made Tiramisu that’s prepared table-side.

We caught-up with Chef Tony via Google Meet as he traveled aboard Seabourn Encore between Thailand and Cambodia as he shared the easy to make and elegant Tiramisu recipe.  We also talked about the Seabourn culinary experiences too.
