2025 has us showcasing State travel for our popular “Destination Spotlight” series of the show, and our hosts Robert & Mary Carey have chosen to do it alphabetically.  Alabama occurred on Jan 18th, Alaska on Feb 1st, Arizona on Feb 8th, Arkansas on March 1st, California on March 29th, Colorado on April 26th, Connecticut on May 10th , Delaware on May 31st and Florida on June 14th.  During our live national broadcast of America’s #1 Travel Radio on June 21st — it was time to showcase America’s 4th State.  Admitted to the Union back in 1788,  the “Peach State” has so many offerings worthy of your travel dollars!

Back in July 2022, Robert & Mary were in the Capital City of Georgia for the week long big “Let’s Go America! Tour” – Atlanta and live remote broadcast from the Waldorf Astoria in Buckhead, and they covered so many locations to engage travelers.  But Georgia is much more than Atlanta…

Jay Markwalter is a native of the coastal city of Savannah who now resides with his family in Augusta, a place synonymous with golf.  As the Statewide Tourism Director it’s his responsibility to drive economic growth and tourism.  Georgia is a State that offers diversity via its beaches, mountains, cosmopolitan cities and rural communities.  For the past 4 years it’s a Top 5 State in overnight visitations and there’s good reason for this success!
