Florida has always been a popular travel destination for both leisure and business — and that’s certainly true about South Florida.  The I-95 corridor of Miami/Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and points in between — including Hollywood — draws many millions of visitors annually.  During the pandemic, the State has done a very good job remaining open and continuing to accommodate the needs of travelers.

That’s why as Old Man Winter bears down on most of the nation, we knew that South Florida had to be Stop #9 on RMWorldTravel’s big “Let’s Go America! Tour” in mid-January — as it’s the perfect time of year to go enjoy some of the sun and fun that Mother Nature is serving up there!

From boating to the beach, the graffiti/street art of Wynwood in Miami to Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, exotic cars to horse racing, stone crabs to checking out Fort Lauderdale International — our live remote broadcast of America’s #1 Travel Radio Show from Hollywood at Hyde Beach House on 15 January 2022 touched on those experiences and a lot more.

We kicked off the national tour back in May 2021 at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia as Stop #1, then it was on to Newport RI for Stop #2 in June — the all-new Legoland New York / Orange County NY was Stop #3 came next in July. Chicago was Stop #4 that included celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Palmer House in August, then we moved on to Washington, DC for Stop #5 to respectfully commemorate 9/11 in September. October 2021 brought us to Maui for Stop #6 at the Waldorf-Astoria Grand Wailea Resort, November had us in Santa Barbara for Stop #7 at Hotel Californian, while December had us in San Antonio at Hotel Emma and other areas of Texas for Stop #8. Now for Stop #9, it’s South Florida @ Hyde Beach House.
