We routinely cover so many of the Sectors of Travel on our popular national radio show, and the Hotels, Resorts and the Hospitality Sector is one of the largest that gets regular attention from us.  We’ve enjoyed a strong relationship with the team at AHLA over the years — the American Hotel & Lodging Association — and we respect that they effectively represent every segment of the hotel industry from the major chains to independent operators, the management companies, REITs, B&B’s and more.

Change came to the organization back in November 2024, when former AHLA executive Rosanna Maietta returned to take on their CEO role and lead them forward — replacing frequent show guest and now former CEO Chip Rogers.

With the Trump Administration firmly running Washington and 2 months of 2025 over, we decided it was time to connect with Rosanna on-air and discuss current happenings and realities occurring with hotels, resorts and the industry overall.  During our national broadcast of America’s #1 Travel Radio Show on March 1st 2025, that’s exactly what occurred!
