Any of us who travel regularly know that airports are far more than just transportation hubs. We all use airports differently, and each location has its own unique characteristics, design/layout and operations. The goal of every airport is to serve the needs of travelers from the most fervent road-warrior to the the occasional or new traveler, as well as all the airline personnel, retail operators, airport personnel and more. It was back on June 5th, during our live national broadcast of America’s #1 Travel Radio Show that we featured the airports in both Atlanta and San Francisco, and since that segment was well received by our show fans, we’ve committed to doing it more frequently moving forward. So with a nod to that commitment and checking-in on other airports, during the live national broadcast of RMWorldTravel on October 30th — we invited Chris Minner, Executive VP of Air Service, Marketing Concessions and Real Estate @ Tampa International Airport and Dave Ishihara, Director of Aviation Services @ Boston Logan International Airport to join us and share some insights into their current airport operations, what travelers can expect from their locations in the future — and how they’re working their way back from pandemic shutdowns. You can hear the full interview that aired across the nation via our 480+ weekly affiliates, and has been archived here for you by simply clicking on the play arrow below this text …
